PeakFlow pricing
Every download starts a free 30-day trial of all five tools, with no account or card. After the trial, pay monthly for Pro or buy tools outright. All prices are in US dollars.
The five tools
FocusDim, QuickBoard, ScreenSlap, Liquid Focus and SnapGrid. Each one runs on its own, so you can use all five or just the ones you need.
| Plan | Price | What you get | How you pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free trial | Free for 30 days | All five tools with every feature | Starts on first launch. No account or card. |
| Pro | US$2.99 a month | All five tools, every feature, no limits | Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. |

| All five tools | US$29.99 once | All five tools, yours to keep | One-time payment. No subscription. |
| Launcher | Free | Opens apps and files, does sums, converts units and pastes saved snippets | Free for everyone, no trial needed |
Dictation
Dictation is not part of the free trial or Pro. You pay for it with prepaid top-ups from US$5. Each top-up becomes credit, and the credit never expires.
| Top-up | Credit | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Top-up US$5 | Over 100,000 words | US$5 |
| Top-up US$10 | Over 200,000 words | US$10 |
| Top-up US$20 | Over 400,000 words | US$20 |
Dictation costs US$0.0057 a minute of talking (US$0.342 an hour), billed by the second. That is OpenAI's price for gpt-transcribe plus the card fee and server cost, with no profit margin. Tax, such as NZ GST, is added at checkout where it applies.
By our estimate, a sentence or two per dictation costs about a tenth of a cent. For 22 workdays:
| Dictations a workday | Words a day | PeakFlow a month |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | about 1,250 | US$1.23 |
| 100 | about 2,500 | US$2.45 |
| 200 | about 5,000 | US$4.91 |
